Working Principle of PCR Workstation

 


The technique was created in the 1980s to make studying a specific piece of a DNA strand simpler, PCR was created in order to amplify or multiply that segment.

The use of PCR may be found in a variety of fields, including environmental research, medicine, and crime scene analysis.

·Prior to use, the whole hood should always be ethanol sterilized.
·Make sure there aren't any open flames within the hood.
·Anything that obstructs the air grills has to be taken out.
·The ventilator and HEPA filters need to be checked often to make sure they're operating at their best (99.99 percent efficiency at 0.3 microns)
